Landlords can properly prepare their own eviction notice. They can even serve, that is, deliver the notice to their tenant(s). Either task is simple enough, when you know what you are doing. The easiest way to do this is, of course, have our office properly prepare and deliver the notice to your tenants. All you have to do, is to fill out the following form, “Attorney Request for Eviction Notice,” and e-mail, fax, phone or mail it to our offices. Upon receipt we will immediately prepare the correct eviction notice and have it properly served upon the tenant(s), notifying you immediately that the notice is out for service and want appropriate action you may or may not take. On the other hand, if the landlord wants to be in control of this particular aspect of eviction process and/or wants to save some money, he or she may do their own eviction notice.
