You can also fax us (AT 408-374-3329) and describe your situation, or send an email to our attorney and indicate your situation and we will contact you.

You must also include any written rental agreement, application to rent, and any significant correspondence with the tenant, and then include these in your communication, i.e., fax, e-mail, with us.
