Our fees are competitive and start as low as $50 plus out of pocket process server fees for preparation and service of most eviction notices, and $350 and up for preparation and prosecution of eviction proceedings, (court, process server, and Sheriff  fees are billed separately as needed).  To receive our price list, click here.

We customize our services to meet our clients’ specific needs:  

  • Consultations (FREE): Robert Anderson, Attorney at Law, can provide specific legal advice addressing your unique issue, including the best strategy for eviction and a host of other problems.  Other professionals at Landlord Services can provide specific property management advice about your question or concern.   • FREE Membership Sign-up Landlord.com and Access to Our Library of Articles: Paid clients can log in and access over 200 landlord specific forms including rental or lease agreements, addenda, checklists, letters, etc., and may access hundreds of landlord specific articles written on dozens of topics to assist landlords to manage their rental properties or apartment communities successfully.
     
  • Court Trial Representation When a tenant decides to resist eviction and demands a hearing before a judge, the Law Offices of Robert Anderson appears on our clients’ behalf and conducts the trial. In addition, Mr. Ashby is proactive in attempting to arrive at a mutually agreeable settlement that will preserve our clients’ interests and save money. Such arrangements can range from entry of agreed iron clad judgments for eviction on specific dates and damages, to court supervised probationary arrangements for payment of rent and expenses and reinstatement of tenancy, but only if they are in our clients’ interests and our clients agree.
  • Sheriff Lockout Assistance Service: If the client prefers, one of Landlord Services’ professionals will make arrangements with a locksmith and meet with the Sheriff at the eviction appointment time for a modest additional fee.
  • Security Deposit Assistance and Forms: With only 21 days from the date the tenant vacates, landlords must account for any tenant’s security deposit. Necessary forms and guidance is provided for our clients, free of charge.
  • Collection of Rent and Other Amounts: When instructed by our clients the Law Offices of Robert Anderson and Landlord Services will collect rent and other amounts demanded by three-day pay or quit notices prepared and served by us.
  • Guidance and Assistance In Finding a New Tenant: The professionals at Landlord Services provide our clients with pamphlets, written guides, consultation, and Internet contacts that will assist them in attracting, finding, screening, interviewing, and renting to new tenants.
