We also make sure that all or our client’s eviction paperwork travels swiftly and smoothly through the court system, including the Sheriff or Marshall’s office. We also try hard and communicate and educate our clients on the legal process and go far beyond what is minimally required for us to do.
From the moment one of our clients places his or her case with us, our team is immediately hard at work each and every day of the week fulfilling and monitoring their eviction case needs. Our strict quality control process enables us to achieve the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction. We know we are doing a good job when the client’s property is returned to him as quickly as the law allows, usually in 15 to 30 days for uncontested cases. When a tenant does fight the eviction action we do everything that we can to minimize that affect, continue with fast tracking our client’s case through the system, while at the same time providing up-to-date client reports at every important step of the eviction process.
